Introduction
As the foundations of several smart building management products deployed or in production with Espace Montmorrency and the National Bank of Canada started to overlap, the prospect of consolidating these into a single proprietary suite began to emerge at Onepoint.
Results
By consulting experts in cutting edge building management, aligning feature to market demands, and through heavy iteration, we created prototypes that secured more funding and human resources for the project, and built a solid design system for future design teams to expand upon.
